Met up with various school friends on Friday. Scarily too many of them have children. I'm sure it can't be good for the gene pool.

Anyway, photos are at:

Happy New Year!

That's it really - hope you're having a good one!

23/12: Fun game

OK, there's some debate at work whether it's fun or not, but I liked it. It's called "Tower Defence" and used to be found at:

http://www.jeannettevejarano.com/tower-defence.swf

although their bandwidth limit seems to have been exceeded.

It also appears to be available at:

http://en.t45ol.com/play/2541/tower-defence.html

but with loads of ads and pop-ups.

Enjoy!

23/12: All fixed now

Don't know how ZoneEdit are getting on, but the site (and my email) is working again now. I ended up moving the DNS zones over to my web hosting provider, and once the changes had propogated, everything seems to be fine again.

21/12: DNS problems

Unfortunately, the people who provide my DNS hosting (ZoneEdit) seem to be experiencing some major problems with some of their DNS servers. Even more unfortunately, the 3 servers they are having problems with include both the servers hosting the jacurutu.org.uk domain.

End result is you're probably not seeing this page at the moment!

I'm annoyed, but ultimately, ZoneEdit offer a free service, and until this current problem, they've been fantastic. However, after 24 hours, enough is enough, and I've moved everything away from them onto Host Excellence, who are hosting the website, although it'll take time for the changes to propogate. Hopefully their DNS will be stable, and that by this time tomorrow everything will be working correctly again.

11/12: Nothing much

Been busy working on a project, so I still haven't had time to sort the Kenya photos (or the Northumberland ones!). It's now getting into Christmas Carol season, so Jenny's band is busy as well. Hopefully I'll get time over Christmas to sort the photos (including all the ones from Jenny's band I've taken this year).

Not one of my pictures I'm afraid, but someone at work passed on details of this nice sepia-toned 360 degree panorama of Paris. It appears to be taken from just north of the Cathédrale Notre Dame de Paris, on the Île de la Cité.
